For many years, it was a general consensus that the smartest people would achieve the most success during life, if we’d consider and evaluate them by their pure rational intelligence. Those people would be the ones being approved on many trials and selection phases and the ones who would start innovative and game changing companies.

But why do we still consider racional statements as more important than emotional ones? Too often we’ve been throwing everything inside that box labelled reason.

How can we confirm that rational intelligence is overall more important than emotional intelligence? What goes inside our thoughts and what goes within our feelings that sets them apart? We need to go deeper about what surrounds our heart.

How many executives are taking leaves for emotional reasons? How many companies were shut down because of emotional problems? How many new enterprises last no longer than 12 months for emotional reasons?

Entrepreneurship is beautiful when put simply as a rational thing. To watch a business as a whole through the development and planning standpoint or through its business model is of extreme importance, but, it is necessary and crucial to start considering the emotional state of the entrepreneur.

Now, what is Emotional Entrepreneurship?

It’s the act of enterprise from a standpoint of knowledge of your own consciousness, training your unconscious side so you can reach emotional balance capable of developing, executing and getting results: the best performance possible.

What can be done for this entrepreneurship model to be put out to work? We start from the subject, start from MYSELF, start from the alignment of thinking, feelings and action.

It is required that you know yourself, so you become aware of yourself and can reach out to your own great mission, your true purpose. And with this purpose, you can trace a course of action that will lead to true potential and real results, by practicing daily habits capable of getting that expected course of action done.

Emotional Entrepreneurship is something very simple and practical. It is a process of inner Bridging and development of MYSELF.

Bridging represents the self development starting from the knowledge of one’s old self towards the development of one’s new self. Transformation, bridge from old to new, in a conscious way.
