We all have plans, projects, dreams.

We all face difficulties, big or small. The important fact is: this opportunity to achieve something truly relevant without any struggle, from start to finish, is unlikely to happen.

Should we give up on our dreams then? No way!

You have probably felt frustrated at not having your projects on track or realized that your goals are not getting closer as the days go by. The first thing to do in that scenario is to get rid of the guilt, for it won’t help you at all.

Step away from this judgmental energy and reclaim your dreams by watching your daily habits closely and adjusting them, even if you have to do it one at the time and even if it takes days or weeks to turn your day around and point it towards your goal.

Do not blame yourself.

Dedicate your energy and potential to take your first step.

Knowing yourself first is the secret to responding appropriately to each challenge. Internal or external. Transform your own life project into an ever evolving, self-aware and self-welcoming project.

Remember every marathon is beaten one step at the time.
